Great courier service - quickly picked up and delivered - would definitely recommend!

My first time using a courier in years, so I wasn't sure what to expect as it seems that customer service is really going in the wrong direction. My first interaction was with the dispatch team once I booked online, and it was great!!! Driver was pleasant and on time for the pickup. My package was delivered with no issues. I will definitely use them again!!!!

There was some miscommunication about the size of the furniture but Tara was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and the company went above and beyond to make sure we got our delivery and were satisfied. We 100% will use them again!

Fair rate. Item was delivered on time. Communication was lacking a little. I would recommend the company follow up with an email/call after booking as well as communicating with the customer on the day of pickup/delivery to ensure customer is aware that everything is on schedule.

Quick and fairly priced!

This was my first time using a same day courier service. Blast Express was perfect - on time, polite, professional, good communication, and delivered promptly even though both the pickup and delivery locations were a bit hard to find. I will gladly use them again! When you have a time sensitive delivery there is a bit of anxiety that everything will happen seamlessly, but Stacy at Blast Express made this a 5-star experience!

This company is simply wonderful. The address we gave mas mistaken and they did everything in their power to contact me, as they couldn´t, they call all parties and made sure that they were able to pick up the package and deliver it in the scheduled times.
