Services Provided Domestic and International NFO (Next Flight Out) Shipments Our TSA certified drivers are trained to process airline documentation for domestic and international tenders. Print the required airline paperwork and adhere it to the shipment. We service both ORD & MDW and is a member of the Veroot community, our roster of drivers can be viewed on their website, as well as on Cargo Factor. Aircraft on the Ground (AOG) We have customers who depend on GADS because we understand the urgency of disabled aircrafts on the ground. These shipments are handled in the most expeditious manner. From airport tenders & recoveries to deliveries nationwide, including Canada, no destination is too far for GADS. Medical / Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences We have years of experience handling medical shipments under our belt. We have the facility to store medical shipments at ambient temperatures or in a cooler or freezer. Also, we precondition medical containers such as VERA to specific temperatures at the customer’s request. Dry ice replenishments (pics of before & after topping off), we can send Data-Logger readings when requested. Deliveries to Canada GADS is a member of a border connection service named Border-Connect. They allow us to cross the Canadian border without delay. We have the authority to cross the border and can provide PARS stickers to Customs Brokerage firms to expedite the clearance process. Most of our destinations are mining companies in remote areas without nearby fueling stations. Our drivers prepare themselves by making sure they have extra fuel tanks in their vehicles. Inside Deliveries When your shipment requires to be taken to a specific department (vs. dropping at a dock), our drivers are mindful and respectful of their surroundings when navigating through its corridors. Most inside deliveries are generally heavier in nature and the driver(s) will follow all facility rules & regulations (Masks, social distancing) and take direction from within. Most inside deliveries are made at Hospitals, but we also deliver to clinics, convention centers, universities, power plants and even shopping malls at the customer’s request. Full Service Inside Deliveries (White Glove) This premium service includes the careful delivery, the uncrating of cargo, staging / positioning it to the customer’s specifications & removal of all packing materials. A 2nd man would be added if it’s determined the shipment requires it. Hazmat Certified Drivers GADS provides our drivers training to identify and handle basic hazmat materials, this includes Dry Ice replenishments for pharmaceutical companies well as hazardous biological substances, medical, batteries. Drivers must take our training courses which consist of videos and then followed by tests. They receive certificates once successfully completed. Distribution / Warehousing / Liftgate Truck and 4PL We offer warehousing and distribution services; our facility is climate-controlled and secure. There is an overhead garage door we have installed for loading smaller shipments, and 2 drive down docks with plates to accommodate dock high trucks. A 4000 lb. rated forklift, 10k lb. commercial scale, pallet jacks, genie lifts to name a few and features a full crossdocking service, from palletizing, weighing, shrink-wrapping, banding. Also, you can have an agent drop off a shipment to us and we can hold overnight to either deliver early or tender for the first AM flight. We have liftgate box & straight trucks that can deliver up to 12 pallets and / or up to 10,000 lbs. Trade Shows / Convention Centers We provide pickup and delivery services to and from McCormick Place or any other convention venue.
