Customer Service Representative (CSR): all shifts/multiple openings.
Get in on the ground floor: Small, fast growing ground transportation and warehousing company hiring multiple positions for new location in East Boston. Growth = 35% in the past 6 months. To continue this explosive growth we need good, solid and dependable new people. Positions are net-new additions, not replacements.
Specific job requirements/information
o Tasks include but are not limited to: answer phones, process orders, provide order/job updates as needed in assorted required computer applications, document jobs through successful delivery/completion, and respond to client and inhouse requests (phone and email).
o Previous CSR experience desired though not required. We will train.
o Strong client relationship management skills needed
o Dependability, Reliability, and Flexibility are CRUCIAL
o Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, high stress environment
o Good written and verbal communication skills
o Good computer and keyboarding skills
o Ability to effectively multitask and remain calm in a chaotic environment
o Must work well in a team environment
o Must communicate clearly with others: clients, drivers, dispatchers, other CSRs, warehouse staff, and management.
o Considered an entry level position/growth position for Dispatch.
o English is the primary language, multi-lingual is a big plus.
