I was not experienced in setting up a courier service but had an emergency so started with a Google search. I used the Drivv website and accepted a bid from Powerhouse Couriers. Their service and performance was best-in-class. I highly recommend them.
First time using Drivv. Great and easy platform. Powerhouse was a professional, communicative, prompt, and efficient courier. Dispatch was a little rocky over the phone, may have been a connectivity issue though; the driver was friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them again!

Overall a good experience. Only fly in the ointment was a failure to communicate that the shipment had been picked up ahead of schedule. It arrived at the destination less than an hour after it was originally going to be picked up. Some communication (e-mail, text, call) would have been appreciated to give a heads-up.
