Log into your account and click on Billing Information on the left side of your account dashboard. You can update your credit card information online.
Note: Only Users with access to Account Information (Administrative and Account Information access levels) - can view or edit company and billing information.
To change your membership level, cancel your account or to request a refund please following the steps below.
Log into your account and click Upgrade/ Downgrade Account. Select Exchange to cancel a Premium Account. Select Premium to Upgrade to Premium.
Premium accounts are charged monthly - $85 per month. No Contracts.
